  • Provide expert advice on best practices and optimizations throughout the design process to enhance the visual impact and effectiveness of the final products.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow team members to develop innovative approaches for creating expressive and impactful graphics for the company and our clients.
  • Utilize a variety of media and graphic design software to create visually compelling and cohesive designs.
  • Establish creative direction for the company while adhering to brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines within design specifications and budget restrictions.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their design requirements, present ideas, create final creatives, and incorporate feedback to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular calls with clients to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes to design projects.
  • Stay updated with current design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continually enhance the quality and creativity of our work.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field (e.g., Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, QuarkXPress) and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in graphic design, demonstrating a strong portfolio of work across a wide range of creative projects.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all design deliverables.
  • In-depth knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print production processes, and web design principles.
  • Experience working with both print and digital media, adapting designs to suit different platforms and formats.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges and achieve desired outcomes.
  • A passion for design and a dedication to staying current with industry trends and advancements.
