Luxury Digital Marketing
Agency in Mumbai
Marketing for brands where one sale is worth two hundred enquiries. We work with fine jewellery houses, premium developers and high-end names across India, and we do not grow them by discounting.
A few of the premium brands we work with
The short version
Scale Delight is a luxury digital marketing agency in Mumbai, working since 2017 with high-value brands across fine jewellery, premium real estate and architectural finishes. Jewellery is our deepest category, with 13 jewellery houses among 100+ brands we have served. For Manubhai Jewellers we generate 40,000+ leads a year, cut cost per lead by 180% and grew organic traffic from 5,000 to 50,000 monthly users. We are rated 5.0 from 36 Google reviews and we sign an agreement and NDA before any project begins.
Luxury does not run on cost per lead
A single bridal jewellery purchase can be worth more than two hundred enquiries in another category. The moment that is true, the entire performance playbook inverts. Volume stops being the goal. Qualification becomes the goal, and most of the levers a standard agency reaches for actively damage you.
This is the part worth being blunt about. A digital marketing agency for luxury brands that measures itself on cheap leads will hand you a spreadsheet that looks excellent and a showroom that stays empty.
Four things that quietly destroy a luxury brand online
- Discounting. The fastest lever a performance agency reaches for, and the one that repositions you permanently. Once your audience learns to wait for a sale, your full price stops being credible. That damage does not reverse in a quarter.
- Cheap creative. In luxury the advertising is part of the product experience. A compressed carousel and a stock model do more harm than running nothing at all, because they tell a buyer exactly where you sit.
- Chasing lead volume. Five hundred cheap enquiries that never walk into the store are worse than twenty that do, because they teach the algorithm to keep finding the wrong people. The account gets more efficient at failing.
- Ignoring the showroom. Most luxury purchases finish in person. If store visits, appointments and closures never flow back into your ad platforms, you are optimising against half a funnel and calling it data.
What we measure instead
- Appointments booked and store visits, not form fills.
- Closed value from your CRM, attributed back to the campaign that started it.
- Cost per qualified appointment, which is the only cost metric that means anything at this price point.
- Branded search volume over time. When people start searching your name rather than your category, the brand work is landing.
- Full-price sell-through against discounted. If revenue is growing only when you cut prices, the campaign is borrowing from next year.

Same disciplines as any agency, weighted completely differently. Here is where the emphasis shifts when the average order value has five or six zeroes.
Search and discovery
High-intent search for people already deciding, and the long research trail before it. Buying guides, certification, provenance and price questions that a considered purchase generates. SEO
Paid media, qualified not cheap
Tight audience exclusions, value-based bidding and offline conversion feedback, so the platform optimises toward buyers rather than browsers. Meta Ads · Search Ads
Creative and content production
Craft, provenance and detail told properly. Product film, campaign stills, editorial writing. In this category the creative is the constraint on everything else.
Social media for luxury
A feed treated as a brand archive rather than a content calendar. Fewer posts, held to a higher standard. Social media
Website and experience
Slow, cluttered sites read as cheap before a word is read. Fast, restrained builds with appointment booking treated as the primary conversion. Web development
Measurement built for showrooms
CRM integration, offline conversion imports, appointment and walk-in tracking, so the half of the funnel that happens in person is finally visible.
What a luxury social media agency does differently
Social is where most premium brands lose their positioning, usually by accident. The pressure to post daily pushes quality down until the feed looks like every mid-market competitor. A luxury social media agency should be arguing for less content, not more.
- Fewer posts, held to a higher standard. Three considered pieces a week beat fourteen filler ones. Your feed is a permanent archive a buyer scrolls before spending lakhs, not a stream that disappears.
- Craft and provenance over offers. The making, the materials, the certification, the people. This is the content that justifies price without ever mentioning it.
- Creators, not influencer volume. One credible voice inside the category does more than thirty accounts posting a discount code, and does not cheapen the brand on the way through.
- Comments and DMs as concierge. At this price point a direct message is a sales conversation. Response time and tone matter more than the caption did.
- Paid layered carefully. Existing clients excluded, retargeting kept quiet and considered, and no creative that looks like an ad when it sits next to your organic grid.
Because we run paid and organic together, the same creative standard holds across both. A luxury brand digital agency that separates the two ends up with an elegant feed and advertising that contradicts it.
Premium and luxury categories we work in
Deepest in fine jewellery, with real experience across property, interiors and premium services. Where we have less history we will say so before you sign, not after.
Your first 90 days with our luxury brand digital agency
Slower at the start than a volume account, deliberately. Getting the positioning and the measurement right first saves a year of optimising toward the wrong buyer.
-
Weeks 1 and 2
Positioning, price integrity and audience
Before any campaign we establish what the brand will never do. Whether discounting is on the table, which channels suit the positioning, who the actual buyer is versus who the brand thinks it is, and what a qualified enquiry looks like to your sales floor. This is a conversation, not a form.
-
Weeks 2 and 3
Measurement, including the showroom
Tracking audit across web, ads and CRM, then the part almost nobody does: getting appointments, walk-ins and closed sales flowing back as offline conversions. Without this the platforms optimise toward whoever fills a form fastest, which in luxury is almost never the buyer.
-
Weeks 3 and 4
Creative before spend
We would rather launch two weeks later with work that fits the brand than launch on time with creative that undercuts it. Campaign direction, production and approval come before the media plan, not alongside it.
-
Month 2
Live, narrow, and honest about the sample
High-intent search and warm audiences first. At luxury price points conversion volumes are small, so we are explicit about what the data can and cannot tell you yet. Reading noise as signal is how accounts get wrecked in month two.
-
Month 3 onward
Optimise toward closed revenue
With CRM outcomes flowing back, budget moves toward the campaigns producing appointments that convert, not the ones producing the cheapest enquiries. This is where a luxury account starts separating from a volume one.

Happy Hippie
A celebrity-backed beauty and personal care brand, built around bright packaging and a young, conscious buyer. Campaign creative leans on the face of the brand rather than the product shot.
Manubhai Jewellers
One of Mumbai's best known jewellery houses. Paid and organic run by the same team, generating 40,000+ leads a year with cost per lead down 180%.

Sai Service
One of India's long established automobile dealership groups, running sales, service and after-sales across multiple cities.

Happy Hippie
A celebrity-backed beauty and personal care brand. The kind of account where the face of the brand carries the campaign, and the creative has to be good enough to sit beside her own feed without looking like advertising.
Celebrity-led brands come with a specific problem. The audience arrives for the person, not the product, and converting that attention into repeat purchase needs the brand to stand on its own once the launch noise fades. That is a positioning job before it is a media one.

Manubhai Jewellers Google Review, part of our 5.0 rating from 36 reviewsLuxury marketing across Mumbai, India and beyond
Our office is in Kandivali West, which puts us close to the jewellery and retail belt of the western suburbs. In practice we work with premium brands right across Mumbai, the wider MMR, the rest of India and several markets overseas.
Mumbai and MMR
Across India
India's luxury buyer is no longer concentrated in two cities. Alongside Mumbai we run accounts for brands in Bengaluru, where we also have a presence, as well as Pune, Nashik, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Jaipur. Regional difference matters here more than in most categories, since bridal calendars, festival buying and price sensitivity all shift market to market.
International
We work with brands outside India too, including clients in Germany, Australia and Nigeria. For premium brands selling across borders the practical issues are consistent positioning across markets, currency and duty presented honestly, and creative that reads as considered in every market rather than translated into each one.
Why choose this luxury digital marketing agency in Mumbai
Plenty of agencies will tell you they understand luxury. Here is what we would actually put our name to, and where we would point you elsewhere.
- Jewellery is genuinely our category. Thirteen jewellery houses, with Manubhai the deepest. That is real category knowledge about bridal cycles, festival buying and how long a solitaire decision actually takes.
- We will argue against discounting. Including when it would make our monthly numbers look better. If a brand wants volume at any cost, we are the wrong agency and we say so at the first meeting.
- Ten years of accounts, not ten years of decks. Running since 2017 for more than 100 brands.
- Clients who do not leave. Saraogi Hospital has been with us five consecutive years, School for European Pastry over 40 months. Retention is the one metric an agency cannot manufacture.
- 5.0 from 36 Google reviews. Public and verifiable.
- Where we are honest about our limits. We have deep history in jewellery, property and premium finishes. In watches, couture and art we would be learning your category alongside you, and you should know that before signing.
Five questions to ask any luxury digital marketing agency
Most agencies pitching premium brands show the same deck: a moodboard, some logos and the word bespoke. These five cut through it faster. Ask us them too.
-
Positioning
When would you tell me not to discount?
If the answer is vague, they will reach for price the first month results dip. A good agency has a clear position on when a promotion is acceptable, what form it takes, and what it costs the brand long term.
-
Measurement
How will you connect an online campaign to a showroom sale?
In luxury most revenue closes in person. If they cannot describe offline conversion imports, CRM integration or appointment tracking, they will be optimising toward form fills and calling it performance.
-
Creative
Who produces the work, and what happens if I reject it?
Ask to see work they made rather than work they placed. In this category creative quality is the campaign, so an agency that only buys media is depending entirely on whatever your team has time to produce.
-
Category
Which luxury category do you actually know, and which are you learning?
Nobody is expert in all of them. Bridal jewellery, luxury property and fine dining behave nothing alike. An agency that claims mastery of every one is telling you something useful, just not what they intended.
-
Honesty
Show me a premium account that did not work.
Everyone has one. A brand that would not invest in creative, a category with no search demand, a price point the market rejected. What matters is whether they diagnosed it and said so, or quietly kept billing.
Luxury digital marketing, answered
How is luxury digital marketing different from regular digital marketing?
The disciplines are the same, the weighting is not. Average order value is high and volumes are low, so qualification matters more than reach, creative quality carries more weight than budget, the purchase usually completes in a showroom rather than a checkout, and discounting does lasting damage rather than producing a short-term lift. Cost per lead, the metric most agencies run on, is close to meaningless at this price point.
Do you work with luxury brands outside Mumbai?
Yes. Our office is in Kandivali West and many clients are in Mumbai, but we run accounts for brands across India including Bengaluru, Pune, Nashik, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai and Jaipur, plus international clients in Germany, Australia and Nigeria.
How long before a luxury campaign shows results?
Longer than a volume category, because the purchase cycle is longer. Enquiries and appointments appear within weeks. Closed revenue attributable to the campaign usually takes one to two full purchase cycles, which in bridal jewellery or property can mean three to six months. Any agency promising attributable luxury revenue in month one has not understood the category.
Will you run discount campaigns if we ask?
We will tell you what it costs the brand first, and we will usually argue for a different mechanic such as early access, a private preview or added value rather than a price cut. If you decide to discount anyway it is your brand and your call, and we will execute it properly. What we will not do is reach for price as the default answer to a slow month.
Which luxury categories do you have the most experience in?
Fine jewellery by a distance, with thirteen jewellery houses on our books including bridal, diamond retail, direct-to-consumer and silver. Beyond that, premium real estate and architectural finishes through clients such as K Raheja, Artcrete India and Span Floors. In watches, couture and art we have less history and will say so.
Do you handle creative production, or only media buying?
Both. In luxury the creative is the constraint on everything else, so an agency that only buys media is limited by whatever your team can produce. We handle campaign direction, production and the full-time work of keeping a premium feed supplied.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign an agreement and an NDA before starting any project, without exception, which matters more than usual for brands where pricing, margins and launch calendars are commercially sensitive.
